BULLPENS EXPLAINED

Bullpens may seem available Monday- Thursday but how rotations works its not. The way some teams facility usage is laid out they'll hit shorter cage with access to a bullpen during cage time.
For example cages (5)-(7) may be in use by Coach Brad AND team utilizing a Team Rental at the same time. You may see another team already using cages (1)-(2) and think it is strange that they also are heading to Cage (8). However, 90% of the time, a Team using (2) batting cages AND using a bullpen (Cages 7 & 8 are our only Bullpen Cages) have a contract to allow access to cage (8)/(bullpen 8) at the same time as the two front cages (in this example- Cages 1&2).

STEPS

Ask a coach/parent of the team what their Team Name is AND who they think would be our main point of contact for scheduling
Log into JPLEX Squareup Account: Square Dashboard (squareup.com) birthdayparties@junctionplacesportsplex.com/ JPSPlex5620@
Find and click the "search bar" on the top right hand of the Square Dashboard (See image 1)
Type in "Contracts" hit "Enter" (See Image 2)
Type in the name of the team/point of contact you gathered in step one into the contracts search bar (see Image 3)
Open and read contract

Individual Rentals are allowed for groups of 1-4 People (human beings, so two dads and two players = 4 people)
Individual Rentals include balls, bats, tees and access to (1) Cage for (30) min/($15) or (1)-hour/($20)
Individual Rentals CANNOT be reserved in advance and are only first come-first serve!
For ease of rotation should ONLY be made between 3pm-5:30 PM and 8pm - 9pm,
Individual Rentals in the Weekday Afternoons should end @ 6:00 PM
Individual Renals on the Weekends should end @ 12:00 PM (noon)
Example (1): If a person walks in at 5:24pm, (30)mins should be the only offer
Example (2): If a person walks in @ 11:54 AM on a Saturday/Sunday- We DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO RENT
