DESCRIPTION OF WHEN AND HOW TO USE PAYMENT LINKS!
Use "Individual Camp Day @ JPLEX" buttons when someone is trying to register for camp and can't use our normal registration via active.com/online from our plex website.
EXAMPLES:
PROCESS OF HOW TO USE:
Use "Camp Credit/Change Form Link" when someone is requesting a refund/change from previously registered/paid day of camp. An example would be if someone was registered to go to camp on a Monday and they contacted us to let us know their child was sick, tired, or still out of town and they wanted to "switch days" OR "have a credit for a later date"
Use "Camp Registration Google Form" when someone is registering for camp outside of typical Active.com payment portal. This would be used for someone who won a Week of Camp at an auction, has a credit from a non-camp JPLEX program but hasn't completed the active.com camp registration which ask a lot more questions than other programs we use on active.com (think after-school sports class that was cancelled, baseball basics that didn't happen, etc)
This link can either be filled out by you or can be texted/emailed to the parent/guardian.
Both of the buttons below can be used to answer questions parents my have with respects to start times, what to wear, lunch, swimming questions, etc. The best way to answer most any question, wether via email, text or call is to ask where would be the best place for you to be able to send the links (either link will work by simply clicking the button, the copying and pasting the link from the new page and delivering either via email (info@junctionplacesportsplex.com) or by text (from JPLEX/ Purple J- Google Voice account).
